Extra page, with a Diamond Symbol on it

Hi,

We are printing to a lexmark printer, on a network, for
the last 2 weeks, we are getting an extra page printing,
that is blank, except for a small diamond symbol in the
top left hand corner.

This does not occur everytime we print, just sometimes.
It appears to only occur (when it does occur), if
something is printed from Windows (ie: word or outlook).

Has anyone encountered this? i have reset the printer, and
it still randomly occurs.

Hi, Garyb !

We got the same problem sometimes with older lexmark-
printers (e.g. 1850/1655/optra-R/S) - try to change the
NPA-Settings (ON/OFF/AUTO)on the printer/printserverbox.
It helps us. Please don't ask me, what the settings
mean... ;-)
