I didn't design this db & know very little about how to,
so I'll explain this as best I can. and hopefully someone
can shed some light. When printing a certain report from
our db, it prints four total pages when all we want are
one. The first is the page we want. The second is
blank. The third is identical to the first, except
the "Details" section is missing. The fourth is blank.
In design view, only the first page is visible. Where are
the other pages and how can I delete them? Any ideas?
Thank you so much for any help!

For the two blank pages, check the width of the report. It must be equal to,
or less than (I try to make them slightly less than, just for safety's sake)
the width of the paper less the width of the left and right margins.
Otherwise, you'll print an extra blank page along with each page of valid
data.

Only thing I can think of for the second page is that you have some
combination of sections on the first page that extend past the length of the
paper less the top and bottom margins.

That DID take care of my blank pages - THANK YOU. Still
have that one mystery page that I can't figure out, but
I'll keep working on it. Thanks for your help!
