Extra page printing out

No matter what report or from whichever computer.....
there is an extra page printing out on our HP1200
printer. Every other application on these PC's work as
expected, except for access. Is there a code that forces
a page break and printing of a final page? Please advise.

Thank you.

Open the report in design view, and choose Page Setup from the File menu.

Make sure that the Left margin + Right margin + the width of the report is
less than the paper width.

If that does not solve the problem, make sure the sections of the report
have no extra white space below them. Also check the properties of the
sections, particularly Force New Page.

I've looked on the properties for each section, but cannot locate a field for setting a parameter for Force New Page. Please advise. Also.... there are a couple of columns that look GREAT while viewing the report, but when I use the OfficeLink to pull them into Word, the last digit of the date in the left-hand column, the last few characters under the detail field AND any text exceeding four lines disappears. It shows up in Access when viewing the report, but not after it's brought into word. What's causing this

Any help, suggestions would be appreciated. I'm new at Access, but more than eager to learn

Allen, I found the 'Force New Page' under DETAIL (which you mentioned in another post). Thanks!
Still have the issue of the last digit of the year and any text exceeding four lines, etc..... disappearing when pulled into Word2003.

Not sure what the Word issue might be.
If you are not already using a standard font (Arial or Times New Roman) you
could try that.

Yes, I'm using standard Arial font. When viewing the
report in Access, it looks GREAT. Once it is pulled over
to Word2003, it loses the last digit in the year (far left
column) and all test beyond the four line. Doesn't make
any sense. Any other suggestions?
