extra mailbox not showing

I add a mailbox to view via mail in the control panel. When I open Outlook
I don't see the extra mailbox. I can do it on other computers with the same
user so I know it isn't a permissions issue. Normally if you don't have
permissions it will at least show the mailbox but not allow you to expand
the folders. I need to know how to trouble shoot an extra mailbox not
showing up when you execute Outlook.

Mailbox as in Exchange Server and what version of Outlook? The first thing
I'd try is creating a new Outlook profile.
