I have a problem that keeps cropping up now that I've upgraded to the 2007
version of PowerPoint: often a duplicate of a line I've just corrected at
the bottom of a slide will appear below it. I can get rid of it only by
switching to another slide and back again. I suppose there's a sense in
which it's not really there -- it's like a "shadow" of the line I'm working
on. But it's distracting -- does anyone know how to prevent this?
