My version of windows xp home crashed a while ago so i
inserted the startup cd to repair it. i installed a
version of windows because chkdsk wasn't working out, but
i later retried the chkdsk command and it fixed the
original OS. how can i delete the second OS? it seems to
be making my computer run very sluggish. any help would
be appreciated, please email me if you can. Thanks a lot,
Rahul Barua

You can Delete the Windows Folder in the second OS and anything else
associated with it. If you get a boot menu on
Startup rt click on MyComputer>Select Prop>Advanced>Startup and
Recovery-Settings>Edit. Change the timeout=30
value to 1, save the edit and OK.
