Extra Hard Drive cannot be detected by BIOS

I have a Maxter - DiamondMax Plus 9 that I changed to an othe
computer and it won't work anymore. I tired it on my brother
computer and it didn't work as well. My brother said that it wasn'
spinning

Is there anyway I can get it to work or is there any place I can tak
it so they can pull all my info off of it

You're not telling us enough. Why do you say that
YOU tried it on your brother's computer but you must
rely on your BROTHER to tell you whether it's spinning?
Was it jumpered correctly? Was the power cable
plugged in? Go to your brother's place and check
it out.

Not if it isnt spinning in two different PCs.
