extra blank page

I need to print 1 page of the form at a time. I have created the appropriate
button. However, the after the record prints i get a blank page. I have
adjusted the margins & shrunk the content, i feel confident that it fits
within the margins. Is there possibly another cause for this problem?
 
This usually happens to me when I hav a horizontal line that is at the top
or bottom of a section (where it is hard to see in design view) and that
line is too wide. Go To the property sheet for the whole report and set the
width to fit inside the margins. If it gets automatically set larger, then
there is something on the report that is too wide or shifted to the right.

Also make sure you don't have Force New Page After Section on the property
of any section of the report.
