I have this new Mobile disk that I want to use for my Notebook backup
(And possible sharing with frens who need temporary backup).

It's really killing me trying to make it Single Partition with FAT32 file
system.
I'm using a Dell Latitude D410 notebook - Windows XP Profesional now.
(I don't have Win98/WinME, and don't plan to go search for one)

Currently I have to make it ~30GB per partition to have FAT32.
Anybody have work around solution for me? Third Party Software?

Thanks in advance....

A third-party application such as Partition Magic should work.

Is for use within win98/98SE only.
ME doesn't suffer the 64GB limitation with its startup disk's fdisk. Its
128GB. Get it at bootdisk.com and follow instructions after download. The
drive must be connected to the motherboard ide for it to work.

Many of the hard drive manufacturers also offer free partitioning software.

as one example for windows.

My prefererence and obvious solution is to go with NTFS instead of FAT32..
