External report writer

I'm using an Access database and need to share it now with some of my staff.
They are computer illiterate - as a result are unfamiliar with Access query
and report design.

Are there any "easy to use" external report generators (that can work off of
the MDB file) which also simplify the query / report design?

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks for the tip. I downloaded this applet from the
rogersaccesslibrary.com site but can't get it to work.

Two questions:

1- is there a way to "import" all the required objects in group to my Access
database, or do I need to copy/paste each one individually? This must be
very cumbersome if I wish to use your applet on multiple of my databases.

2- How do I provide a "reference" to the Microsoft DAO Object Library which
your "About DHQBF" indicates is required?

1- Select File->Get External Data->Import and select all required objects
(table, forms,...). You can import many objects at once.
2- Open any module and select Tools->References and if the "Microsoft
DAO..." library isn't checked, scroll down to find and check it.
