How can I set it up to allow Outlook 2003 send messages from an external

The program IS securely programmed.
It's an alphanumeric paging program that uses SMTP, WCTP, & SNPP to send
out notifications. There should be an option in Outlook to allow 'forever'
just like the 1, 2, 5, & 10 minute options.

access 'forever' in addition to the 1, 2, 5, & 10 minute options.
I don't need to add any more crap ware on this system that I have no clue
what it does nor do I know who the author is. For all I know, this
'redemption' program could open up a whole slew of additional back
doors/security exploits that I don't know about.

FYI, Microsoft itself uses Redemption in its programming - the author is an Outlook MVP and you will find the Redemption .dll in every application written securely to allow sending from Outlook by a third party.

Sorry - an "always" option puts Outlook squarely back in the petri dish mode that all of the security updates removed from Outlook. "Always" means anything, anytime, including worms, trojans and viruses.
Ain't gonna happen.

Always trusting a 3rd application application doesn't make it more secure;
they can also be exploited and then always abuse Outlook at the same time.
This is one of the main reasons why embedding flash objects in mail is not
supported.
Demanding secure code from the 3rd party application is the way to go so
that only that action is allowed.
If you still want to the way of trusting an entire application;

I paid $1500 for this program. The author will NOT give up the Source Code
for it, nor, will they offer any ideas other than, 'use Outlook as your
SMTP Gateway'. So, until you get your facts straight, you don't need to

So why exactly did you pay $1500 for this application? It doesn't respect
security guidelines which have been in place for over 6 years and they don't
offer support on their own product. Great deal!

Sorry to hear about your trouble. The security mechanism is of course there
for a reason but the site http://www.dimastr.com/redemption/ is completely
trust worthy and the author is a very respectable member of the Outlook
groups.
Since your not a programmer yourself and the current application is not
meeting your needs just count your loses and don't make the same mistake
again...

I see the argument against an â€Always†option, but how about an extended
period 1 hour or even 8 hours. Most users don’t mind the popup a couple of
times a day. An option “until you close outlook†could also be nice.
