I have an external 80.0 GB Western Digital HDD which uses the FAT32 file
system. I want all three of my PC's on the network to access the hard drive
but when I share the hard drive or map it as a network drive, an error
message says there is not enough server storage?? Do I have to reformat the
HDD in NTFS?? Thank you.

I think the answer is yes. Anyway you should use ntfs as it is more
resistant to corruption as it keeps track of writes. it will be slightly
slower due to this but not something you can really measure. you can also
control cluster size based upon the file size you are going to be using. if
you are going to be suing it for large files a large cluster size will
result in fewer clusters being used.
