External Email Printing Very Small

Hello,

I've come upon a strange issue and wonder if anyone has any clues.
One user in my company prints out everything fine and with no problem
(Word, Excel etc..). The issue is, is when she prints out an email
that was received from the outside, it prints minuscule yet all
internal email prints normal.

O/S is XP. Outlook is 2003.

It appears to be a common problem after installing IE7. I've not found
a solution yet.
