External DVD Drive / Hard Drive Vista Install

Hey

How can i get to install Vista when I have an External DVD drive. Or is it
easier to install from the hard drive (however you do that)

If you could help that would be greatly appreciated!

If you are using an external DVD rom, as long as it is connected to your
computer, the generic CD/DVD rom drivers are still there. just put the disk
in and reboot, when it says "To load from cd/DVD press any key now," Press
any key, and let it do it's thing..
