The current time marker (the little blue line in the time of day column on
the left side of my Outlook Calendar) is pretty small and a long way to the
left of Friday. How do I extend the Outlook Calendar "current time"
marker/line all the way across the weekdays so it is clear at a glance?

It appears to be hard coded to that width.

After furious head scratching, doc_bil asked:

That's unfortunate, but at least I know not to keep looking for how to make
the line nice and visible like it has been with GroupWise for the past 8
years. One also has to look carefully to see which day it is in the calendar
week. Is there a way to make the current day a different background color?
Thanks for your reply post.

I have been trying to figure out how to get a current time marker for some
time. I cannot figure out how to make a bar appear that moves with the
current time. How do you do this? I cannot find any reference to a "time of
day column" in the help files. (I use the 5-day week view almost exclusively
on Outlook 2002)

Thank you for any help you can give, because I am bad with time (hence the
Outlook use) and I have a hard time figuring out where I am in the day.

G'Day Phillip,

I don't think it's available in OL2002 - in OL2003 you
get it on the time-scale at the left when you view "Today".
