Exracting images from a WinForm app

Is there a way to extract the icons/images from a WinForm application? Anyone know of the copyright info as well? For example, I like the icons in the WebMatrix application and would like to simply look at them in more detail... with a graphic application. If it's ok, would like to use them in some of my apps, but concerned about the copyright side.
