Expressions ASP.NET Controls

The new Expressions Web Designer supports ASP.NET controls. I can drag
and drop a control onto the web page, but I haven't found out how to
add the event handler code. Is this possible in Expressions, or do I
need to use Visual Studio or Visual Web Developer for the coding part?
If so, how do I tie the two together?
