Expression within Conditional Formatting

[Deliverable 2]<"Today"
Ihis correct format to compare date in Delierable 2 field to today's date?
Doesn't seem to be working.
 
This doesn't seem to work. I am setting Conditional formating in a Report.
I want the expression to compare date in [Deliverable 2] to the system date
of computer. When I use your suggestion it prompts me for an EPV. Any other
ideas?

I just remembered I think Now() is what I want. Thanks for the help
