Okay i have two tables and forms one call patients info and the other called subscriber info.
In the patient formI have the following as text boxes First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, Zip,
And Phone #. In the Subscriber form I have the following Check boxs Self, Spouse, Child, Other, as
Text boxs I have the following Insured Last Name, Insured First Name, Insured Address, Insured
City, Insured State, Insured Zip, Insured Phone. What i want the check boxes to do is when
i click on the self check box it will copy all the patient information from patient info form to subscriber info
form such as Name Address city state and zip. Please Help
