Expressing a math power to in Outlook

Is there any easy way to express a math power in Outlook???

Like MC to the second power, MC squared???

In a message? Version of Outlook? Do you use Word as the editor?

Type it in or use Autocomplete or auto text. Use the insert symbol dialog to
insert math symbols and paragraph formatting to use super and subscript.

Ok Diane.

Microsoft Outlook 2003 (11.8313.8221) SP3

And am using Microsoft Word as my editor...

Tools ==> Options ==> Mail Format Tab
Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages

I looked at the Insert Symbols for Mathematics but didn't see anything there
that would make my text appear as a power. Perhaps I'm missing something here.

Can you clarify thru either keystrokes or click strokes what I'd need to do???

Perhaps I'm a little thick.
