Exporting

Hi,

I'm running Win2000 using office 97 and I'm trying to
export a database from Access to Excel but when I go to
File > Export and click on the 'Save as Type' Excel is not
an option.
I have full Administrative rights to the database and PC.

Any ideas on how to get Excel to be an option?

This solution is 100% reliable.

Try re-registering the dll files like this:
Start Run
regsvr32 msexcl35.dll
regsvr32 msxbse35.dll
regsvr32 mspdox35.dll
regsvr32 mstext35.dll

Use 40 instead of 35 for A2K and 2002.

That's MSEXCL35.dll not MSEXC1.dll.
