I know how to save captured video in WMM so that it can be opened in DVD
burning programs however, once I do any editing or add effects it gets saved
as a "Project" which I am unable to open in the DVD buring programs. Any
suggestions?

You need to create a new movie that includes all
the editing, effects, and transitions. Then import
that movie into your DVD authoring program. For
best quality, save your movie in DV-AVI format.

File -> Save Move File... -> My Computer -> Next

This will bring you to the Movie Setting screen.
Click on the "Other settings: button, and select
DV-AVI from the list of options. Then click Next.

Nevermind I see you already answered that. Thanks so much that was just what
I needed to know.

This is not an available option...

If you don't see the "Other settings:" button, click
on the line that says "Show more choices...".

If you do see the "Other settings:" button, but you
don't see DV-AVI in that list of options, please
reply with the options that are available (at least
the bottom 5 options).
