exporting to PDF files

In a human resource project I am trying to take my employee's information,
and print (report style) to the proper W-4 and I-9 forms (currently only
available in PDF 'fill-in' format) The fields of the PDF document are
'editable' and I could "type and print" each one, but it would be much easier
after that data entry to just "hit a button" and have all the information
print on the respective form and be done.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If it's any help, you could replicate the pdf file as an Access report and
then print the report to PDF.
