Exporting to Excel

I have several people on my project team who do not have Project and would
like to get their assignments by Excel in a “two-week view.†Seems to me the
best way is to do a file-save as and then save as an Excel worksheet. I’d
like to show task, duration, resource, start and finish dates (minus time
stamp) at the very least. Just enough to show a team member what he or she
has to do two weeks forward. Anybody have insight or can point me to a
tutorial on this?

It sounds as if you're using Microsoft Project and Excel. This newsgroup
is for questions about using external data with Microsoft Access
database software; you're more likely to get an authoritative answer if
you ask in a Project forum.

Are you wanting to export data from PROJECT? If yes, this forum is for
ACCESS, not PROJECT.

If you're using ACCESS, you would export a query that provides the
appropriate data. Use TransferSpreadsheet action (macro or VBA) to do the
export.

Sorry. Wrong area. Will re-route. thanks.
