exporting the folder and file structure

I am in the process of backing up my hard drive and I
would like to keep track of those folders that have been
backed up and where they are located. To do this, I
would like to export a list of folders and their
heirarchy into word (or better yet Access). That is, I
want to take a "snapshot" of the folder structure so that
I can check off what has been backed up. Is there any
way to do this in Windows Explorer, or by some other
means?

Hi Scott,

Click [Start] [Run] [Cmd]
Goto the appropriate directory.
Type "Dir /b >list.txt"
[include "/s" for sub-directories listing]

Open List.txt in notepad and print the contents.
