exporting task list to excel

File>Import and Export>Export to a file

Thanks Brian,

I was able to export my tasks but during the export there was a date range
validation which prompted me to enter a date range.

I have some tasks were the due date is none. How to ensure i get the entire
list exported. I have only partial list exported to my spread sheet.

You can't export anything that has no end date or you would get an infinitely
large file. Instead, view your Tasks in a table view containing the data in
the format you'd like it. Select all the items with Ctrl+A, press Ctrl+C to
copy the selection, open Excel, and press Ctrl+V to paste.
