Hi,

Using Exchange and Outlook 2003 (or possibly 2007) I need to export the
subject, location, start and end time of calendar items only. The body-text
can not be a part of the exported file. Is there a function available in
Outlook/Exchange or has anyone written a script to do this? Is it even
possible? (I can't see why it shouldn't be possible, but I've seen stupider
things...)

Thanks for the tip, but I'm afraid it doesn't answer the question. This
tutorial shows how to copy/paste select content from the email list view. My
need is to export select content from the calendar.

Anyone else have a possible solution?

The technique is identical in any folder. Create a table view showing the
columns you need, then select/copy/paste to Excel.

Yeah, how about trying it in your calendar folder and see if it works.

I am looking to do the same thing. I know how to copy to Excel, but my issue
is that if I create a list view, it does not include recurring items. The
Calendar Details Style page setup would work except that I do not want the
body of the appointment, just the Start and End, Subject, and Location.
