When exporting a report in access I use the html or rtf
file format. Everything exports but the picture I have in
the report. This picture I have used is a jpg or bmp of
our company logo. How do I make the export keep the
picture in it like it appears in the access report?

My understanding is that .rtf does not support graphics, so that a jpg or
bmp will not be passed forward into the .rtf file.

If you need the graphics, try exporting to a snapshot file (.snp). The
users would need the snapshot viewer (free download from Microsoft), but it
faithfully reproduces all the graphics. In addition, the snapshots can't be
changed by the user, which means that they can't fiddle with the reports.

I don't know much about the export to HTML.

RTF and HTML export do not support images & graphics.

As has already been suggested, it is possible to generate a snapshot, although certain versions of the
viewer still may have problems with images, or size restrictions.

A good alternative is to generate PDF output. PDF viewers are widely installed, platform-independent and
generally reliable. PDF can also allow tuning the compression and resolution used for the images, allowing
you to create versions suitable for web, print etc.

The easiest way to generate PDF from a report is to use a PDF creator that includes a PDF printer driver,
then you just print the report to this 'printer' to generate the file. Suitable examples include PDF995
and the full Adobe Acrobat product.
