Exporting Report with Image

I am trying to export an ACCESS report with an image to
WORD. The image does not export into WORD. All the other
data in the report gets exported. I also tried exporting
to HTML. The same thing happens, the image is dropped
during the export. Is there any way to export an image
with a report in ACCESS 97, 2000, 2002 or 2003?

You will need to export as a Snp of PDF file and insert
that into a word document.

Jim/Chris, can you expand on this and take me through the
process. I was able to save it as a .snp but do not know
how to get it into Word from here. When you say "Snp of
PDF", does that mean I can use Adobe Acrobat. I tried
opening the .snp file with Acrobat Reader but it would not
open. I opened the .snp file with Word but it was all
encrypted. If I could get the Access report into Word
or .pdf format,that would solve my problem. Thanx.
 
Once you have saved the Snapshot file you can view it with
Microsoft Snapshot viewer. If you did not install it you
can get it free from Microsoft downloads.

To insert a SNP file into a word document
Open document
Insert/Object
Create from file tab
select file
click OK
select image and resize
