Exporting Report Missing Data

When I export a report to a RTF file some of my data is
lost. But if I export to excel I don't lose the data but
I lose the format. I don't understand why I would lose
some data and not all the data.

Any help would be appreciated.

I did this with txt. There is a check box in " saved as/export" for "save format" for Excel (xls) but it is not active for rtf or txt . Default for length of a field to transfer has a default value and I think in your case is setup as 5. You can change that length by going to Fixed Legth wazzard and manually change the length. I hope it could help.
 
I looked and that box is grayed out but it is checked. I
am not sure what you mean about the fixed length wizard?
