What I did was this: I added "Sensitivity" to the headers with Field
Chooser and then, in a By Category view, clicked View>Arrange By>Custom. I
clicked Group and selected "Sensitivity", which separated all the Private
appointments. I then created selected the "Private" category and clicked
Edit>Copy to Folder, specified another calendar as the destination, and
clicked OK. All the private appointments were copied to that other
calendar.
What if the calendar is on a personal computer at home outside a companies
firewall? I cannot directly export to another calendar. Is the a way to
export from one...create a file that then could be imported to another.

Create a new PST (File>New>Outlook Data File) and create a calendar colder
in it. Select the private appointments as I already described and copy them
to that new calendar folder. When the copy completes, close the PST
(right-click the root and choose Close) and close Outlook. That PST can
then be placed on some transport medium like a diskette (if small enough), a
zip disk, a CD, or what have you. It can even be mailed, but you may have
to modify its extension before mailing and remodify it after extraction at
the receiving end.
Thanks. I successfully created the pst folder and calendar. Copied my
private appointments to this new calendar, closed the folder, closed outlook,
and transfer the pst to a memory stick. I will let you know how the process
ends up when I take the file home to move these appointments to my home
calendar this weekend.
