Hi

I am hoping someone can help me. I use Powerpoint to create slides that I print out and insert in reports at work. I use PPT because it has the easiest use for creating the maps that I need to make. My boss the other day asked me if I could expor
a Powerpoint page and insert it into a Word document. I have looked in help and tried different things, but haven't been able to find what I'm looking for. Does anyone even know if that is possible, other than copy and pasting? He wanted me to email the PPT doc to him and then have him import each page where it needs to go so he could email the report instead of mailing, like we normally do. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated!

You can easily export the slides as images, which can then be inserted into
the Word docs. Exporting as PNG images might be your best best for a balance
of quality and size. If you need smaller/uglier, try jpg.

Copy/paste is fine, but it makes the files large and email requires small.
So, in Word be sure to use Insert > Picture > from file.

Thanks John! But what is the process of exporting it correctly? I tried the Send To feature and the whole file imported into Word, but I need one page at a time, and I need it to fit the page. Any help...Thanks!

File > Save As [choose PNG]. You can export them all, or just the current
slide. Start with just one slide as a test.

Insert this file in Word, then try resizing it manually by dragging the
corner. If it looks bad after resizing, you have to take a step back to
Ppt...try doubling the size of the 'page' in Ppt (File > Page Setup) and
export again.
