Exporting Outlook's "contacts" to Windows Address Book

I have Office XP. How do I export Outlook's "contacts"
to Windows Address Book? Or conversely, how does WAB
import Outlook's "contacts?"
 
You'd need to export your Contacts Folder to a format the WAB can import,
such as CSV.
