exporting only ous with csvde

how can I export a list of ous only under

domain.com\Accounts\OU

within OU theree are a buncf of subOus.

I want to be able to export them and create them into another domain

Tony, add -r (objectClass=organizationalunit) filter to Your csvde
invocation
 
ok but now I got this error when importing into the new domain why?

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop>csvde -i -f users2.csv
