Hi,
I am shortly getting a new computer running XP Home. I want to export all my
present XP Home Outlook Express. Inbox and all the folders etc. Can I put
the present O/Express on to a CD to transfer it or some other way?
Could somebody point me in the right direction.
Thank you.

Right click on any of you OE folders and choose properties, that will give
you the path to the *.dbx files that contain your current email messages,
copy it and your wab file (address book) and move them to the new computer.
After copying them to a temp folder on the new computer just choose File,
Import, Messages and point to the moved files. Same for the address book.

In addition to what Jerry said, when you copy your dbx files you MUST copy
the file called folders.dbx otherwise the import on the new machine won't
work...

Thank you all for the speed of your responses. I am sure that I will now
be able to Export/Import all bookmarks to the new computer following your
advice.
Thank you again.

This is the first mention of bookmarks in this thread. In IE, Tile | Import
and Export | Export Favorites
