Exporting Notes to Word

Hi,

A colleague has a new laptop with Word installed and Office 2003.

When she create a presentation, and clicks File > Sent To, she does not have
the option to export to Microsoft Office Word. I have this on my machine,
and am wondering why she does not.

The only thing I could think of was that Word was preinstalled on her
laptop, and she installed MS Office 2003. I wondered if PowerPoint didn't
realisde that word was installed for some reason?

Probably. As Word is part of Office, PPT might look for Word that has the
same Office version number.

To avoid further complications I think she should uninstall the
preinstalled Word (or Office) and reinstall her Office version - and making
sure that Word gets installed too.
