Exporting/importing Favorites problem

I Exported to file the "favorites" on my desktop to my
laptop via email. However, when I try to import, the
other computer does not recognize/import the file and
gives an eror message. Both are running IE6, Any ideas?

Open the HTM filt and delete the first line.
