I have created a report in Access 2003 that looks on the screen exactly as I
want it to look. However, when I try and export as a .rtf file it drops all
logos and images. Is there a way to keep this from happening?

And, there is often a "loss in translation" of the exact format, even if you
didn't have the images to worry about. However, the two following approaches
have worked for me:

A free Snapshot viewer, downloadable from the Microsoft website, will enable
saving the report in Snapshot form for distribution to users who don't have
Access. Another option is to use Adobe Acrobat or one of many third-party
products (some freeware) to print the Report to a Acrobat "Portable Document
File" (.pdf).

Thanks Larry. My only issue is that the document must then be able to be
edited. Is there any way around that.

I should have remembered for my first response: MVP Stephen Lebans has a
suite of freely downloadable Report Utilities the first of which is "Export
to MS Word", which exports an exact duplicate to RTF, including formatting
and all graphics. I have not used this particular item, but I know Stephen
_knows his stuff_.

Check to see if this does what you need. Stephens site is
http://www.lebans.com and the specific page it is on is
http://www.lebans.com/ReportUtilities.htm. Stephen has obviously invested a
great deal of time and effort in creating things that make life easier for
all of us in the Access community and made them available for free.

As an alternative, and it would not be easy, you could control Word or Excel
via automation and _construct_ the document there (if the images are in
external files, you could include them).
