I have a couple of group distribution list that I need to
send to other employees to add to their contact file. I
don't have the time or the patients to call 30 people
individually and walk them through creating a group when
most of them don't even understand email. Is there any
way I can do this in either Outlook 2002 or Outlook
Express I have both on my computer and they both have the
group in the address list?

Sorry if it seemed like I was confusing distributions and
groups as well as the spelling. My fingers weren't
obeying my thoughts yesterday. Patience is definitely
what I need when I am dealing with computer illiterates
who don't even speak very much english. This morning I
figured out the distribution list in Outlook and how to
send it to other to add to their address book, however I
still need help with Outlook Express. Most of our people
in the field us this for their email and I need to be
able to send them a group address to add to their address
book. I can't seem figure out a way to export it without
loosing the group address.

I'm not sure why you'd need patients for this. Patience, perhaps, but
patients aren't much help, believe me.

It troubles me that you are using the term "groups" and assuming that groups
in OE are in any way related to Outlook. They are not. The two programs are
not even related. Verify that you are talking about Distribution Lists in an
Outlook Contacts Folder, not groups in OE.

Outlook DL's can easily be transferred by emailing them to another recipient
as an Outlook Item in a message in RTF format.

I do not use Outlook Express. Groups in Outlook Express do not work and
cannot be transferred.
This is a group to support Outlook from the Office group of programs.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and is a quite different
program despite its similar name..

You will probably get a faster and more expert answer if you post this to an
outlook express news group.

Try posting in one of these newsgroups:
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie5.outlookexpress for OE 5.x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie55.outlookexpress for OE 5.5x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress for OE 6.x

A good website for information on OE is:
