Exporting graphics from Access to Word

Hi John,

Thanks for your response! I understand that if you export a report that
contains graphics, you cannot edit the report that is created. We need to be
able to edit the document, so the best thing would be to export graphics into
MS Word using the mail merge feature. When I do this, I get error messages
where the graphics and PDF files should be. Thoughts? Thanks for your help!
 
Hi Rachel,

First, I notice you mention pdf files. Word will not open pdf files anyway.

What are the other graphics you have? Are they the access standard lines,
boxes and such? If it is these, you can edit a word document with these (it
is a nuisance--for me anyway) Or are they some other format you have placed
in like the pdf you mentioned?

What needs to be edited in word? Is it something that could be done in
access?
