hy,

Im making a d-base for a company, and have a problem...
i have a form, which generates a report. This report also has an option to
be opened in word. so its changable. but it looks like sh*t... the layout,
like al the boxes, lines, and markers arent included, how can i do this?

im quite a noob at VB... so could annyone help me?

Yes, that's the way the RTF export works. You lose all the graphical
elements--logo, pictures, lines, even check boxes!

At the most basic level, you can get lines by filling a box with underscore
characters, and you can get check boxes with Windings characters:

At a more advanced level, you can include this functionality from Stephen
Lebans:

If you do not need to edit the report, you can also work around the issue by
exporting a snapshot instead of exporting to Word. SNP includes all the
formatting.
