Exporting flexgrid to Excel?

The subject basically explains it.

I've found a heap of examples, not only code, as to how to do this in VB6
but can't find anything explaining how it's done in VB.NET (and I'm having
great difficulties translating the vb6 code).

Any ideas?

Just to clear it up:

I want to be able to save my flexgrid data as an Excel file.
