Exporting files from excel to outlook

how can i export a file from microsoft excel to outlook?
i have a xls file, using macros and i want to convert this
file into a template on outlook. Is it possible? what i
have to do to use xlt file into outlook, keeping the
macros?

I'm not sure what you are trying to achieve. Perhaps you might wish
to consider simply linking or embedding the Excel spreadsheet object
within an Outlook item.

1. Click in the text box of the item where you want to place the
linked object or embedded object.
2. On the Insert menu, click Object.
3. Click Create from file....
