I am trying to export my contacts and emails from outlook 2000(work) into outlook 98 (home). I am having problems doing it. I am having no problem exporting them onto a CD as .pst files. The problem occurs when I try to import them back into the 98 version. I keep getting these messages: Error: Properties for this information service must be defined prior to use.

And the office assistant says: it can not be accessed. Access is denied.

Is the problem the 98 version or is this just a real pain in the rear to do?

Thanks

You'll need to copy the file back to your PC and remove the "Read Only" file
property.
