exporting email addresses so I can add them to safe recipients

My junk email and Norton antispam want to spam and/or junk incoming safe
recipients. How can I export my email addresses so they can be saved in a
format that importing them into the safe recipient list will be easy. I have
over 500 addresses that I want to be recognized as safe. Or is there another
way? My safe recipient list is very small and I thought anyone I sent an
email to would be considered a safe recipient.
 
Are these Contacts in Outlook? Outlook has an option "Also trust emails from
my Contacts" that should prevent email from Contacts being added to Junk.
The import is "text only". The format is one address per line. You could
export to CSV, open it, copy the column(s) of email addresses, Paste into
Notepad, tidy it up a little, save it then import it.

You don't want safe recipients, you want safe senders. There should be no
need to flag the senders of incoming messages as safe. Outlook will flag a
message as junk based on sender fairly infrequently, if at all and then,
only for Outlook 2003 and 2007. Outlook 2002 and earlier had junk filters
that were fairly pointless. I can believe, however, that Norton Antispam
might use the sender address for that purpose.

If you were to have included yoru Outlook version in your post, it would
have been fairly easy to recommend something to you. You didn't, so I
can't.
 
I actually figured out that I could highlight the whole list, export it as a
text file then import it into my safe recipient list. I know there is that
feature to "trust all emails . ." but, I can't find it and I believe I have
it on anyway. This is a new phenomenaon that has only been happening in the
past month or so. In any event, I think I solved it and appreciate your help.
 
Actlually, in my situation, i couldn't get Outlook to consider a recipient
safe no matter how many times I told it he/she was. I figured out that I
could highlight my whole contact list, export it to a text file then import
it into my safe reciepient's list. I hope this resolves it. (I have 2003). In
any event, I think I solved it and thanks for your help.

The Safe Recipients list is the wrong list.

The Safe Recipients list is for the addresses of any mailing lists to which
you have subscribed. It is not for the addresses of people to whom you send
mail or who send you mail.
