When I export contacts to .pst file the DL's heading transfer but no members of the DL's are included. How can I unclude the members of DL's in the exported pst file

Thanks

Scott

Don't export. DL's barely survive on their own from one day to the next and
rarely if ever survive an export.
Create a new PST to hold the Contacts you want to save or transport.

Thanks for your quick response
Are you saying that DL's aren't exported by Microsoft's choosing
Why is that? Why would they allow me to create them, if I can't export them
I have large amounts of users in these, is my only recourse to recreate them
What if I move the native pst file to the new machine, will this retain them?

I am saying that exporting/importing is a notoriously poor choice for
transferring data from one installation of Outlook to another. It creates
two unnecessary opportunities for data corruption which will nearly
invariably occur with DL's (among other things). Use it only if you must
change file formats for use with another program.

The better choice is simply to copy data into a PST file and open that PST
in the other installation. Or if you want to transfer all your data, just
copy and reuse the entire default PST.
