exporting distribution lists

Is it possible to export a distribution list to Access
from Outlook and is it also possible to import a query or
table from Access into Outlook as a distribution list?
If so, how?

This should be possible but it might not be easy. Far the best place I
know for Outlook information is www.slipstick.com.
