Exporting data from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2002.

My new laptop (XP) has Outlook 2003. I am trying to export this data to keep a backup of all my Outlook data (contacts, mail, calendar etc) on my old laptop (98 Second Ed) with has Outlook 2002. I have not been successfully in exporting to Outlook 2002. Is there a way to do this?
