Exporting Data from Access to Excel

Hi

I need to be able to export data from access into excel from an existing
database - so that I can generate reports in excel using specified data & be
able to refresh the data in excel on demand.

Is there an easy way to do this?

Thanks

If you are saying you want to be able to refresh the data from the Excel
application, then you don't really need to export it from Access. Set up a
query in the Excel spreadsheet. From the Excel menu, select Data, Import
External Data, and you can define the database, tables, and fields you want
to include. It is a lot like using the Access Query Builder. Once you have
done the initial creation of the query then all you need to do to update the
data at any time is click on Refresh Data.
