I have created a simple report and form with Access 2000

The report works off the information entered with the report; nothing too
tricky

The report's preview is exactly how i want it to be exported - but whenever
I export it; it only does the standard options and does not export things
like lines and boxes and background colours.

Is there a property i have to set for these objects in order for them to
export properly? or a workaround?

Snapshot Format is the ONLY built in export format that supports graphical
objects. You can either use that or use third party software to create PDF
files. It might also be possible to create a template Word doc and use
automation and/or mail-merge to get what you want.

This nay sound like a silly question but...

How do you use this format? (snapshot)

I believe the constant in versions after Access 97 is acFormatSnapshot. For
Access 97 you use "Snapshot Format" (include the quotes).
